From Domodossola to Gràcia
Before Cloud, Maurizio opened the gelateria Amarena in Domodossola, in Piedmont: seven years running in the Gambero Rosso guide. He wanted to know whether real Italian gelato would be appreciated outside Italy.
He settled in Gràcia without a word of Spanish. Today he makes Cloud’s gelato every day, on Plaça de Rovira i Trias.
